Today I ran my fastest 5k ever...24:50! It was the 2nd annual Pumpkin Run. I was in a little competition with my boss, but that was only a part of the reason I ran so fast. (He really wasn't much competition!) I knew the time I wanted to beat from the Fair 5k and thought I could do it. In spite of the temperature only being in the high 20's I still was able to run "super fast". :)
