Hannah has wanted to dress up as Rapunzel since the summer...I was able to make her long hair with yarn, flowers from my wedding, and Nate as my model. :) Hannah and I dyed a white dress purple...she just loved her costume. Elijah wanted to be everything from Mater to an Alien (from Toy Story) to a Minion (from Despicable Me) to Brobee (from YoGabbaGabba). He settled (after encouraging from me) on Brobee...it was the least expensive! :) Keilah was, by default, a ladybug...it was a borrowed costume (no money!) and WARM.
They had the opportunity to wear their outfits three different times. On the Tuesday before Halloween we went to Nate's parents house to trick-or-treat and then to the Halloween Parade. On Sunday our church had the Trunk-or-Treat that we went to. Then again on Monday they dressed up to go door-to-door trick-or-treating for the first time. It was so much fun and they loved it all!
