Elijah rarely spits up after nursing...usually he may have a little burp and that's it. Today when I moved him off my shoulder after he burped this is what I saw!
He kept sticking out his tongue, smiling, and cooing! He thought it was the greatest thing! :) I couldn't help but take a picture. I am sure he will really appreciate it someday!
