Keilah has wanted "real" food for weeks now...she stares longingly at every bite any of us takes. She has had a few tastes of things like banana and yogurt, but tonight we officially tried rice cereal. As evidenced by the picture on the right, the first taste was not very successful. Not sure if it was the texture, taste, or temperature but she wasn't a fan at first. She did keep trying bites and finished all (maybe 2 tablespoons) of it. She kept grabbing the spoon with both hands trying to get it to her mouth sooner! I think even though I wanted to wait until six months she is definitely ready now for food. My littlest is getting too big too soon!!!
