Today is National Running Day. In honor of it I ran 0 miles!!! Maybe if I had known before lunch time (thanks to Jennie) I would have made more of an effort to get up this morning, but when my alarm went off Keilah was so snuggled beside me that I chose to stay in bed and run tomorrow instead. The "I Run..." badge that was going around made me think about why I run. I realized that while I do run for me, I run for my family too. I run to set an example for them, I run to inspire them, I run to make myself a better wife and momma for them. My running is not just for me, it is for us!
